Animal Tissues, Blood and Blood Fractions
In addition to research animals, Hilltop Lab Animals, Inc. also provides a complete line of tissues and blood fractions. All tissues are processed immediately following euthanasia. The method of collection and processing can be modified to meet the specific needs of the end user. Saline prefused organs and custom prepared tissues are also available.
Tissues and blood fraction products are available from rat, mouse, and guinea pig:
- Non-Sterile, Whole Blood (Citrate, Heparin, Alsever Solution or user specified additive)
- Whole Blood Aseptically Collected
- Plasma (Citrate or user specified additive)
- Non-Sterile Serum
- Sterile Filtered Serum
The following tissues are routinely available from rat, mouse or guinea pig (some tissues are not available from the guinea pig):
